Within the walls of an old mill, The Residences at Sundial feature unique architectural features that are highlighted within the Clubroom and amenities area. The design premise was to mix rustic industrial with modern elements, creating a balanced and harmonious space for the residents. 

Residences at Sundial received Silver for Best Clubhouse Community at the BRAGB Prism Awards in 2017.
