The concept behind East Main Apartments, was to create a sense of community, focused around a common Meetinghouse. Expanding on the historic home which houses the leasing offices, the new 'barn' features multiple functions; TV lounge, billiards, kitchen, exercise, etc...
East Main Apartments received Gold for Best Historical Renovation and Silver for Best Outdoor Living Space at the BRAGB Prism Awards in 2017.
