Lovejoy Wharf's primary focus was to re-brand & re-market the project. We streamlined the existing models down to five, as well as provided a brand new penthouse. Using contemporary lines, and a neutral palette, we highlighted the PH3E floor plan. 

 

Lovejoy Wharf received Gold for Best Model Merchandising with a Sale Price Over $650,000 at the BRAGB Prism Awards 2019.
